Join Firebird Theatre and get a backstage pass to go “Under the Sea'' and an invitation to the The Prince’s Ball at the Palace! Firebird Theatre is staging two Musical Theatre Summer Workshops this summer at Arcola Intermediate School: Getting to Know You... Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella and Disney’s Little Mermaid Jr. Stage Craft class participants will work directly with artists, designers and instructors on our Design Team to learn techniques to paint scenery, design and build props, help put the finishing touches on costumes, hats and masks, and much more. Students will take home an art kit which includes a set of paint brushes and basic artist’s tools and supplies. Students will also receive one free ticket to watch each show and their name will appear in the Playbill.
