Preschool Acting -
WHAT A CHARACTER!
Presenting our popular introductory acting class for preschoolers and kindergartners. Does your child have great comedic timing? Do they have a flair for the dramatic?
Through weekly theatre exercises, improv games, skits, singing and movement, we bring out the budding hero, side kick and comedian in your budding actor. With an emphasis on fun, friendship and a little fitness, our What A Character class is where your children will SHINE!
The students will also be working on and performing Stone Soup -a "Rock" Opera at the end of this workshop. Stone Soup is a European folk story in which hungry strangers convince the people of a town to each share a small amount of their food in order to make a meal that everyone enjoys, and exists as a moral regarding the value of sharing and cooperation.
Ages: 4 - 6 (Pre-K - Kindergarten)

Youth Musical Theatre & Acting Class
Whether your child is a first time actor or a seasoned performer looking to hone their skills, come and spend Monday nights with our Firebird Theatre instructors for this exciting musical theatre workshop.
Our classes will feature instruction in singing, dancing, acting audition readiness, theatrical make-up and more! Every night will be different, and you will learn the basics from experts in each specialty. Each session ends with a short performance.
